1. The important characteristics of the goal setting process are “SMARTER” specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, timely, exciting, and reviewed. The most difficult aspect in gaining employees is setting goals through motivation. In order to achieve any goals, the employee must know the importance of the accomplishing the mission with self-efficacy. Self-efficacy enhance the commitment of achieving the goal. A leader is basically limited to aspiration it takes to motivate the next individual because everyone is held responsible in believing in themselves.

A. Our boss could have been led to this conclusion because the coworker is having a hard time managing themselves, others in stressful and emotional situations.
B. I would recommend my coworker educate themselves with different training programs to help reduce stress, self-reflection by write down situations, coaching getting positive feedback from others to help improvements, and maturity by becoming aware and how to handle situations.
4. Performance, qualification, and ethics are all critical mistake managers make when stereotyping groups. The movie “Remember the Titans” gave several examples, Coach Boone and players were prejudged for being bad unfit and unwelcome for the color of their skin before they were about to express their performance or qualifications. Gerry was after of Julius for no reason. He was really afraid of change.
5. Self- fulfilling prophecy happens when the influences of our expectation cause someone’s act to become true. It is most likely to occur when the employee is first hired, or when several are on the same accord and hold the same expectations.
6. Drives would be my primary motivator that applies to my work and school performance. Drives are showing independence because it’s something everyone has within them. It’s the emotion that gives one the ability and notion to complete the task

The aspects I would focus on that would impact self-efficacy would be having confidence in myself in order to accomplish this task, become well organized by taking great notes to reduce forgetfulness, and time management to dedicate myself.
9. Delegating decision making is giving someone else the opportunity to take on manager’s responsibilities with decision making. Managers might have a difficult time with this task due to, letting go, time-consuming, and finding confidence within the next person in order to trust their decision. This is an important tool that helps the manager understand themselves and their own needs, reduces work-loads, and it creates team experience that provides the opportunity for growth by building the delegator’s confidence.
10. Step two decision making role is where I have experienced difficulty when choosing the best decision process. This step offers different approaches to resolve an issue. While working with the public, I have experienced several reoccurring problems, which the programmed decision isn’t the best approach. Example, a customer could have a reoccurring outage, we cannot assume it’s due to nonpayment. We have to ask probing questions to make sure it not due to an outage, connection in error or
