Self-Management: My Experience With The Fire Prevention Department

Based on my experience with the Fire Prevention Department, I have found myself working alone for the most part where I have taken responsibility to take action to coordinate, schedule, organize, follow-up, track, and provide information on the Spark of Love Toy Drive project. On the other hand, I have received training and have made many notes, which I refer to daily by taking the initiative in the office responsibilities.

Self-Management – In this position, one should be able to work without supervision and move forward in following through with any task all the way to completion. As you are very busy person with a lot city responsibilities, you should be able to rely on the Sr. Office Specialist to handle matters completely as assigned.
