Self Love Guided Meditation Analysis

I have begun the meditation journal portion of the Entrance Exam. I did not want to choose guided meditations from the meditation center that I had already listened to (Sea Centering). So I spent the last couple days listening to a few different ones. I came across the Self Love Guided Meditation. I chose this because I do have a hard time loving myself, and accepting myself. I wasn't sure what I would gain from the meditations, but I have been pleasantly surprised so far. I began the meditations yesterday, Wednesday, October 19, 2016, and have performed it twice so far. With some very similar aspects, as well as some completely different things with in the meditation. Even after this journal assignment is completed, I will continue doing this
