ANALYSIS AND ACTION PLAN
Like the previous assignment regarding competencies, this assessment on self-limiting behaviors was eye opening. In addition, this assessment identified some of the traits that I exhibit on a daily basis and have become habits. Results made me realize that these habits can be so dangerous and hamper my growth to be the best in my field. This analysis assisted me to fairly introspect what are some of the actions I exhibit and how to overcome them. The following paragraphs include my analysis of the results, what I learnt and what are the possible actions I plan to take to overcome this behavior.

3. Escalate the level of dissatisfaction ultimately leading to a blow out 1. Affects organizational functioning
2. Create hostile and unfriendly environment among the team 1. Negotiating effectively to minimize the effect of confrontation or to resolve a conflict.
2. Use creative ways to solve differences through cooperation and team building exercises.
2. TUNNEL VISION To reach the targets in given time. Lack creativity and imagination 1. Cannot explore new ways to solve a situation.
2. Hamper the growth to be successful. Trouble shooting sessions to explore new solutions for a situation with colleagues
