Ideals are deeply held beliefs that guide us towards what is right as against wrong
Ideals are subjective, because all people rate life through their own perspectives Every person’s point of view is unique and (omit) there are differing ideals for each of us which guide us uniquely through life.
There are ideals that are positive and others mediocre or even negative. There is love, helpfulness as well as hate. There is charity and there is robbery. There is happiness and grief. Others are support for family, community,, work, tolerance, respect, and hundreds of other ideals.

Let's analyze at how some ideals conflict with each other. Family value or family ideal being a common priority with many clashes with work values or ideals of excelling at the workplace. Through focusing on work a bit extra draws us away from family ideal, hence conflicting and upsetting a happy state of mind.
The more our work ideals are accomplished, the more principleswe have with referenceto that ideal. On the other hand, I am not living my family value with as much principles as I would like to. When there’s such a conflict between the two it amounts to a loss of principles.
That depletion of principles is the cause of lowered self-esteem.
Check to see if you have low self-esteem, that shows you need to go back to your ideals and rearrange your life to get back to living with principles based on what matters to you.
The good news is that low self esteem can be corrected. For the family and work ideals example above , you can balance with a 50-50 or a 60-40 percent involvement, spending equal amount of time between both and achieve satisfaction in both areas- a sensitive balancing act but it keeps you happy and
