Self efficacy is the person’s belief in his ability to accomplish a given task. A person’s self-efficacy will affect their actions and goals. In order to achieve your goals a person need a high level of self-efficacy and determination. . I believe my interviewee has a high level of self-efficacy. My interviewee has a copious amount of hobbies. He loves trying new things and he has enough belief in himself to keep challenging himself to learn and experience new activities. In order to complete college an individual needs a high level of self-efficacy; the individual needs to believe in his ability to complete the tasks that are constantly given. Not only did my interviewee receive a bachelor’s degree, but he also obtained his masters and PH.D.
