I believe that education should be an empowering process that guides and allows children to develop their passions, critical thinking, and compassion towards intelligence. The process should nourish the potential in every child. Self-cultivation should be the purpose of education. Guiding these students to realize their full potential offers improvement and adjustments a student’s emotional and technical developments.

The students will be responsive to a positive setting and will most likely open up easier. Having an engaging personality and teaching style holds the student’s attention in discussions and work in the classroom. A great teacher also has good classroom management skills and can ensure respectable student behavior. I also believe a teacher should have high expectations for their students and personally for themselves, meaning a teacher should have subject knowledge on the curriculum and standards that they teach. I also believe that a teacher should always be communicating and learning new and effective ways of teaching. Coe-effort between staff, teachers, and parents is essential for everybody involved including the students.
