The behaviors I would change in order to become better in the future are decreasing or stop laziness, increase my understanding of the major I am studying and increasing my work-out and exercising time.
2. Why did you choose to change this behavior?
Because I don’t really understand that much about my major even though I have signed up and my laziness occasionally prevents me from doing so. I also felt sick and sleepy during long periods of studying, which can really hamper my performance in school.
