Two examples of self-assessment tools that were focused on were ‘temperament’ and ‘motivation at work’. The two tools have different purposes in which they want to assess, firstly the ‘temperament’ tool is measuring an individual’s temperament, in more detail their personality, patience, temper, character and their disposition. The tool ‘motivation at work’ is assessing the participant’s motivation that they have in a job and the different aspects that make up an individual’s motivation. Both tools require the participant to answer a range of multiple-choice questions and then a result is given from that data. Obviously it will take some time for that aspiration to become a reality so some more realistic and achievable aspirations I have are to become a member of a management team so I can fully understand how management works and to further development my skills in managing people so that I can achieve my goals of the future to the best of my abilities. They are all displayed in a relevant order in which would be more appealing to an employer. This was done so that all the more important and relevant information stands out and makes an employer want to know more about me. My best skills and abilities have been put forward and there isn’t long paragraphs or bulk information which allows the employer to jump straight to the point of which I want to be displaying. The style of writing has been influenced to be at a professional level so that I sound intelligent and like an equal rather than being looked down upon this has been done in a way to best represent myself in the most professional way possible. By doing this a professional reputation is being built, some different ways that this reputation was achieved was by including current studies, current and previous work place and qualifications. I have not added a photo as of yet because I want it to be of a professional level and I do not have any images of myself that meet this
