• Selecting a field of interest
This involves choosing an area or field that I’m interested to study. This should be a field that I’m passionate about what I am passionate about.
• Selecting a topic
After identifying the field, the next step is choosing a topic of study in relation to the selected field. This topic should be the one that I like and have an interest in. The topic should clearly state what the dissertation is all about, and it should be brief and clear. Additionally, the topic should enable the collection of sufficient data (Rudestam & Newton, 2015). It should not be ambiguous or limited.
• Developing a research question

Also, I would be able to identify the various concepts published by other authors that could be useful to my project. Furthermore, through this review, I would be able to identify some information gaps in the work that has been done such that I would be trying to fill those gaps in my study.
• Conduction of the research
Finally, the actual research would be conducted, and relevant data collected. Also, during this process, the dissertation would be written in procedurally in collaboration with the chairman or supervisor who will be approving each step made.

This model is appropriated since it involves studying the specific aspect of the life of a particular group of people by observing the behavioral pattern and lifestyle. Therefore, since I will be studying about the employer’s perception concerning the recruitment of disabled workers, this model will guide me in understanding the true behavior of the employers towards disabled individuals.
