One of the areas that were not covered after the completion of the self-assessment exercises is strength of courage. This type of strength involves the practise to accomplish goals when facing challenges, externally and internally. Being courageous with continuous persistency would enable individual to overcome and achieve goals. Talking about bravery, as a CYCP in the making is the ability to face challenges and difficulties. This skill is an essential tools that workers should possess, because it helps being strong for self and as well as the child and youth that we might come across. However, despite students rudely behaviours towards me, I used planned ignoring, as many children used their behaviour to manipulate control, or prove a point. Responding immediately to such behaviour can merely reinforce them (Burns, 2006, p. 49 & 50). That it, addressing student’s misbehaviour instantly would make more effectively than dealing with it later. I held back on their rudely behaviour until later as it can help the student to think about and correct their own behaviour. Always keeping myself strong to ignore the attitude, instead, I focus more on completion with lots of cues and encouragement and not the distraction in getting the task done. Nevertheless, students rudely behaviours are usually talked about after the completion of the classroom
