The second is to realize that it is within my power and ability to overcome or rise above. And the third is to make the change or the desired end state a priority in my life. That all being said, my path to change should include finding opportunities to get engage in that which I was avoiding before; due to my fear of being vulnerable. In addition, I should begin to visualize enjoying myself; and functioning well in this new expanded role; as a highly effective, and valued, integral member of a team; a team that is routinely engaged in conducting challenging yet meaningful and rewarding work together. And while this just meets the threshold of the tests authors consider to be a readiness to work with a team, I need to take stock in the good qualities and tendencies which I do in fact already poses.
