Overall, I think I did very great on my speech. This is the only speech that I felt comfortable presenting. I knew what I was talking about and my topic was related to the class. From the speech evaluation forms, the whole class thought I did very good on my topic, the thesis, and also supported the topic with great details. I agree with them on that because I had to do a lot of research to find all the sources I used. These are some of the some I did strongly, I gave good examples, use of emotion, very knowledgeable on the subject, used data very well and also gave a confidence speech as well as convinced people about the topic. I gave good example for the listeners to feel more connect to the topic and feel it. I also used my emotion to convinced them that donating blood save a life and gives a second chance to a child or a person. The use of words was very clear and vivid to the listeners so they can remember what I said after concluding. I totally agree with what they said because as I was presenting I felt like I was forgetting some words. Which lead to my saying of “ums” and the repetition of words. I also didn’t use visual aid because I forget it on my bed. Like I said before, every time I feel nervous, I tend to stumbles a little which makes my repeat myself and sometimes a shaky voice. After watching the video of myself on YouTube, I found out that I was not completing my sentence. I have also learned that move my body more often when I am behind the podium.
