A plane full of celebrities has crashed due to an explosion and it has killed all the celebrities, in the plane. However, one of the celebrities was murdered an hour before the explosion and empirical and molecular formulas are key to finding out who killed who and who was the cause of the explosion. A molecular formula gives all the atoms in the compound and an empirical formula is the lowest whole number ratio of the molecular formula. Both of the formulas are used to discover what compounds were present in the passenger's’ body and their baggage or on the plane. With the information that were collected, we were able to find out who murdered who and who was the terrorist.

The compound that caused the crash contained the following substance: 37.01% carbon, 2.22% hydrogen, 18.5% nitrogen, and 42.27% oxygen. While finding the empirical formulas of the substances and with the compound analysis sheet in hand, the compound that had 37.01% carbon, 2.22% hydrogen, 18.5% nitrogen, and 42.27% oxygen was trinitrotoluene, an explosive of the TNT and it was highly explosive. After researching another substance that was found to be explosive was nitroglycerine, however it was an explosive that was useful in heart medication. From information that was gathered, the only passenger who would need heart medication is Toni Braxton. He is “diagnosed with a mild form of heart disease”. Kanye West also carried explosive, and it should be trinitrotoluene. Kanye West is very bold and speaks what’s on his mind, but is unstable and is“distrustful of the United States government” after discrediting George Bush. Since both Kanye West and Toni Braxton were carrying explosives however Kanye West was carrying the dangerous kind and Toni Braxton was the carrying the harmless kind for his disease. So Kanye West must have been the cause of the explosion. after some research and more solving for empirical formulas, the substance that was found to be present on Kanye West is trinitrotoluene, which is the same substance that caused the plane to
