Selena is a special girl. From her inquisitive looks, and cheery attitude to her strong and ambitious will, she can make the best of any situation. Born to two loving and compassionate parents, her family has little, but yet they have everything in each other-that is until her mother dies. She is then raised by her single father, a man searching for his fortune in gambling. They find themselves rubbing shoulders with the rich and wealthy, finally amounting assets and finding happiness together.
