Sae Young is a new character from the book “Seedfolks”. The author described her as a sociable person who was always surrounded by people. Sae Young grew up in a big family and enjoyed communication with family members and friends. By the time Sae Young and her husband decided to come to the U.S. for a better future, like most of the immigrants. Even though she spoke limited English, she was able to open a small business to support herself and save some money for the future. Since running a business like a dry cleaning shop did not require a sophisticated English language, she could operate it without any difficulties.
