On Thursday, April 14, 2016 at approximately 2002 hrs. FHE Security Shift Suprv. Steven Evans #407 responded to a dispatched call for an (44P) Enforcement Escort within Facility at room #505 bed 1. Officer Evans arrived at 2204 hrs. and made contact with FH EMT, Hilda Jacoba, who stated that she was here to transport the patient, Vanessa A. Tesky (DOB: 10/03/1968 - FIN# 85498894) to another facility. Ms. Tesky is a Baker Act patient and was medically cleared to leave and be transported to the Lakeside Facility at South. As medical staff was getting ready, Ms. Tesky became tremendously upset, uncooperative and refusing to leave. She stated that, she did not want to go to Lakeside and wanted to stay here.
