I would really like to say that creating a nationwide interoperable public safety wireless broadband communications network would be easy to implement; however, it looks like it might not be that easy. One obstacle is budget, first responders have extremely complex needs for specialized equipment, and personnel and communications infrastructure is one of several critical priorities.
