One of his points is that a lot of teachers had never fired a gun before, and then he said that they are trying to hand a teacher a gun and expect them to use it. The author also said that if a shooting ever happens and a teacher has a gun that they would not have the nerve to shoot the shooter. Next in the article the author says that public defenders know what they are getting themselves into, but he said that teachers did not and don't sign up for that kind of work. First they do more damage when they hit a person, and second they break apart inside so they do not exist as a whole or if they even exit because they normally don't. If we had teachers use regular rounds they would go right through a person and you risk hitting another person. But with the hollow points even if they hit a wall or a person they will break apart. Next for holsters the teachers or staff have to have them hidden, and we don't have to have the students know who is carrying and who is not. Finally we can replace the no guns signs with Warning teachers and staff may be armed and will use whatever force necessary to keep the students safe, Because wouldn't it be a surprise to a shooter if he walked into a classroom and got shot
