Cardiovascular exercises, walking exercise improves cardio-respiratory and promotes loss of accumulated fat. The WHO (2016) identified physical activity guidelines for adults aged 18-64, suggesting walking activity for leisure, a mean of transportation, occupational, household chores, play, games, sports or planned exercise.
