The 2nd Amendment states a citizen’s right to bear arms. Meaning people of the United States are allowed to own a firearm. Many states hold a right to carry law, where the people are allowed to carry a handgun in plain sight of the public with no questions asked. Throughly time the rate ownership of a firearm along with violence has rapidly increased. It’s time to change the second amendment. Each state has different conditions regarding gun control. In all every state should enforce the same law on getting a firearm. This law entails everyone must get their permit of ownership renewed every 4 ½ years.
