Scully draws a comparssion between abortion and animal rights by talking about the Pro-life Catholics. The Pro-life Catholics find that we should respect each of God's creatures. Pope Francis is talking about humans and also animals. In their eyes animals have rights just like unborn humans do. Looking farther into that statement I think that Scully isn't just comparing animals rights to abortion but actually comparing an unborn feuts to animals all togethere. What I mean by that is that a fetus in a womens uterus can't talk yet and even when born won't be able to talk for awhile but that is beside the point.
