This is a topic, on wich a lot of poeple disagree on.

I read on the passage, "Screen Time Limits Are Vital for Children," that there are many health and mental issues, linked to the screen time that children spend.
I do agree that ,children, should not spend too much time in front of a television set or on a smart phone.

This devices can be a distraction, and if used excesively, they can become a healt issue.
For example; too much time looking and focusing on the small screen like one of a smart phone, may cause eye problems over time .
Also, too much time watching television,distracts a child from outdoor activities, such as running, jumping, exploring and interacting with others . Wich are important
