Scott Disick is so used to the idea that Kourtney Kardashian will just automatically take him back everytime he's on a binge for self destruction. But after all his partying and cheating scandals, the reality star had finally learned her lesson and Disick can't figure out if he still belongs with the reality star's life this time around.
