I have chosen Scorpius as my favorite constellation as it is the constellation I was born under. Scorpius, Also known as "The Scorpion" Is one of the brightest constellations in our night sky. People born under this constellation from October 24th and November 22nd are known as Scorpio's. Scorpius neighbors include Libra to the west and Sagittarius to the east. One star that makes up Scorpius is the bright red star Antares which is one of the brightest stars in our night sky is also called the heart of the scorpion.

In a time before our own nature and animals relied on love to sustain them.Animals and People were happy and the world was in bloom.Anger was viewed as evil and hate was taboo. Scorpius and Orion were the best of friends. They spent their days happily chatting and planting seeds to create more growth around them. One day as they sat under the sunshine, Orion heard a noise coming towards them.
"Scorpius, look. Through the clearing. People!" He sat up and beamed at his scorpion friend.
"come then, lets see if they will join us" the two friends walked towards the group of people but were met with looks they had never seen before, but had heard about in stories told by others. Anger brushed across their faces with looks of disdain.
"you there. Why are you here with this beast?" The man leading the pack pointed to the scorpion.
"Beast?" he smiled "This is no beast, this a friend"
"A friend? A friend is someone equal in worth, not an animal" The man took a knife from his pack and the men charged the scorpion. Orion and Scorpius ran as fast as they could until they could run no more. The gods looked down on the two friends who were experiencing fear for the first time and picked them up with warm hands and placed them safely in the nght sky, side by side where they would forever mock the men filled with
