PARTICIPANTS:
Participants were recruited from the Kaplan University campus student body. There are over 10,837 enrolled campus students. A total of 1,093 subjects participated in the study. Participants were obtained using mass school media blasts. We used the newsletter, the local newspaper, and the school’s radio program. Flyers, pamphlets, and posters sharing the research program were distributed over a period of three weeks during the hours of 10 am to 2 pm, on the campus, the court yard, and cafeteria. Errors in applying the program and time spent utilizing it may also give false negative results. If a student does not correctly apply the program’s methodology or does not spend adequate time using this study method then the program was not utilized as intended and the student may not have results. If the program is applied as intended and used for the amount of time intended, then it may be more effective and thus the results will be more accurate. It will be important to brief the participants thoroughly and survey them to assess how they applied the study method. This will help give data analyzers an idea of the accuracy of the
