Social Scientific Inquiry is the socio-cultural aspect of human biology including anthropology, economics, political science, law, sociology, criminal justice, and social psychology. This concept is important in a living community where everyone has to abide by certain regulation to coexist with each other. It is more so valid in high-populated city when there is many people share an environment with each other. These crimes consist an individual plotting to seek revenge on another community member who has either challenged them or someone they are mutual with. In this types of crimes you do not even have to know the person that kid you as ling as they know that you know the person that has deceived them they view you as an enemy as well. Many of these crimes end in a victim getting killed or brutally injured. Crime occurs everyday in Chicago, the homicide rates within the community have gown up over the years. The police are on constant patrol to clear these cases to give the families justice and a sense of peace. The CPD considers a case to be cleared when a person has been arrested with a calendar year of when the homicide occurred. In addition they want the public to know that just because they have the individual in custody does not mean that they have been convicted for the crime. When officers are on the hunt to find an individual who is better to contribute to the community members themselves. The community members could be very beneficial to the officers but could also be an obstacle as well. Some members may feel that talking to the officers about a case could potentially put them and their family members in danger. Therefore some may not want to get involved and rather not give the officers information that would be precious for a case to be
