The opportunity of taking initiative and succeeding in my Science Olympiad team as a captain would be my greatest accomplishment to date. Science Olympiad has played a big role in shaping my high school career. Over the three years, I have participated, I have had the opportunity to experience new challenges and spark my creativity. As a student, I got to apply my academic knowledge in this club, similar to an engineer. Through this club, I am able to demonstrate other qualities such as perseverance and ingenuity. Every year, as I take on new projects and solve new problems, some results or tests do not transpire the way I predict, this can include a failed prototype or an unpredicted test result.
