In case of confirmed park Council indicators, like technical knowledge and the complexity of ideas, commercialization capabilities and intended ideas market, idea development ability and … by the applicant company, the company or as the start-up unit joined in growth centers parks or at the discretion of the Park as the iT unit will be accepted in the main part of the park.
After membership, companies are able to reap the benefits, take action the to establish on the Science and Technology Park. The way of the establishment will vary depending on the facilities and parks. Usually in science and technology park buildings intended that to establish a research and development company for rent at affordable prices is put at their disposal.
Science and technology parks can also be in possession of suitable land, can rent to a member of the applicant companies for office and research buildings.
