Schools Should Pay Their Kids To Get Good Grades Essay

Do schools pay their students to make good grades? At some schools, yes. Have some parents gone to bribing their kids to get good grades? Yes, they have. Nowadays, more and more parents and schools have made the decision to pay their students for good grades. Some people may call it bribery, others may call it a reward. In my opinion, students should get paid for the good grades they make. Also, students getting a little taste of success makes you want more, they would be able to save up for college, and finally; it lets kids have money as in they’re getting paid for a job. In my opinion, paying the children for good grades is a good idea. In the article, “Should You Bribe Your Kids to Get Good Grades?” in paragraph 5 it states that “The excitement and adrenaline of success are addictive…”. The article also states that once you get success, you’re motivated to get it again. I’ve had some successes and some failures, and I don’t get paid for my grades. Since I’m too young to get a real job, it would be nice to have some spending money for the grades I make, as a reward. Us students do the exact same work and put as much effort as someone who has a job. You may say that the student old enough to have a job will just sit around after school and do nothing because they’re already getting paid for their grades.
