In preparation for the next school wide writing assignment, I am looking for some teacher input.
In the second week of January, students will be writing a narrative in English classes. The topic of the narrative is up to the English teacher. There will be guidelines/rubrics in place, but ultimately, we would like to essay to tie into the content currently being taught in class.
We are hoping to complete the essays by the end of the second week back. This will allow for teachers to use the block periods to hopefully complete the essays in a 2-3 day span. Those with classes that meet daily will have the week to complete the assignment. Essays do not need to be graded by the end of the week, just completed by students--we can account for absences
