One of the pros of the School voucher program is giving the parents the right to choose what private school they attend. Every parents dream is to provide a better education for their child. The School Voucher system doesn't just give the students an opportunity like this but, it gives the parents a fair decision in their child's education. A chance to get a free education at a private school has lots of different outcomes. It may give you an advantage on getting a shot at college. This could mean Grants, Scholarships and more. You could mention how it draws money from the public schools making them lower on resources and other things. None of that really makes the worse. On the Penn-Wharton website I read that, it doesn't effect the schools quality but it makes it better. Almost like how I said before it helps the school improve.
