Concluding off with, schools are giving too much junk food to kids. In the article Junk Food Axed From School Vending Machines paragraph 3, it states “While schools can still sell brownies and cupcakes at a bake sale and sporting events, snacks sold during school hours cannot exceed over 200 calories and must be either chock full of whole grains or primarily contains fruits, vegetables, dairy or protein.” This school is not giving junk food that is more than 200+ calories for children to eat to survive throughout the day.
