Uniforms: Not Actually That Bad?
Studies show that with school uniforms there is a 64% higher student success rate. There have been many different arguments over dress code and uniforms, both positive and negative. In many schools, uniforms often have a positive effect on students and schools with learning benefits, discipline, and can help a student’s grades. I believe that uniforms have a positive effect on our school systems and society.
The US Department of Education says that 84% of teachers say that uniforms help promote a sense of safety in learning and teaching environments. If there were more schools with uniforms, the risk of a predator or intruder within the school would be lowered.
