Teachers have one of the hardest jobs and they should have the right to strike and fight for equal wages. If teachers do not like what is going on with the school system they are a part of, they can protest and provide another idea to change the system. Protest is usually not necessarily expressed by the stoppage of work, however it gives teachers a way to give or discuss to a wish (……….). In McHenry, Illinois many schools are losing good teachers to other districts who offer better benefits and pay.
