Those three pie charts inform the school spending in 1981, 1991, and 2001. During those years there were some slight differences on the allocation of school fund. During the three decades, the percentage of the allocation of spending for other worker’s salaries decreases. In 1981, the percentage of the spending is 28% and then it decreased into 6% in 1991. Ten years later it was almost half of the spending. Meanwhile, the spending for insurance keeps increasing during the three decades, from 2% in 1981 to 3% in the following decade, and almost tripled in 2001.
