Intervention School social workers play a crucial role in the intervention process with students and families who are at-risk or have high needs. Since many parties are involved when working with one child or one family, organization is imperative so that all participants can effectively communicate and understand what is occurring. In order to initiate actions desired to achieve organizational goals, I have participated in utilizing Google Drive Applications to share documentation forms and retrieve files with my supervisor and other school personnel.
