During the first month of school, students are more prone to getting sick due to the fact that none of them wash their hands. Of course, they’re those that go to the bathroom, but when you don’t go to the bathroom at all, and you haven’t washed your hands since you left the house, you’re passing along illnesses. Students don’t even wash their hands before they eat lunch, and they will touch fries, hamburgers, and their own faces. Apart from that, classrooms are compact and when someone is sick and starts coughing, the pathogens will spread throughout the room.
