There are really no laws on bullying directly, when people bully there are so many discriminatory harassment that comes with it. When it becomes to get out of hand that is when the schools and or colleges are obligated to resolve the problems that the bullies are causing. If the situation is not properly solved then the U.S. Department of Education 's Office for Civil Rights and the U.S. Department of Justice 's Civil Rights Division will have to step in and help out. It could be because of cultural reasons and they’re to apply by their cultural rules. It mostly starts at home where the person is learning those things from their parents or guardians or even at schools with the type of people they associate themselves with. Popularity is something that young children take an interest in so if that means to bully others to be popular they will do it. When children are not getting the type of love and caring from their family they sometimes take it out on others around them.
