What's Wrong With School Lunches

Schools are feeding children antibiotics. 70% of beef and protein that is feed to children through school lunches are full of antibiotics. There are variety of things that should change about school lunches and how the school feed their children. Kids can become sick from these food that schools serve, and kids do not get enough nutrients either. The school’s lunch may consist of food from all the food groups, but how many of these foods are packaged? At most schools, the majority of the food is packaged. School lunches need to be changed. Ann Cooper does an excellent job of being persuasive by bringing her experience and confidence into her speech of “What’s Wrong With School Lunches”, and giving great statistics on school lunches. Ann Cooper has extensive professional experience about school lunches. She is the Director of Nutrition Services for Berkeley Unified School District. She is in charge of 90 employees that work in 17 different locations. She works with 9,600 hundred kid and does 7,100 meals a day. She has been the director for two years now, and she has experienced with food for 30 years . She expresses her research through ethos pathos and logos which are very important in giving a speech. Giving her experience ,she did an fantastic job of using it to persuade the reader into believing that she is a credible source. The way she brought in confidence and emotion for kids health into her speech to connect with the audience was done flawlessly. A majority of her speech consist a sharp statistics that got the attention of the audience, and the statistics persuaded them that there is something wrong with school lunches and things need to be change.
