Proposal for Reforming the Current Structure of School Lunches

Situation: In all of the high schools around the world there are disappointed students because of the kind of cafeteria food that is being served daily. Some students are not eating the breakfast and lunch that they need simply because of the unpleasant food the schools serve. Another issue is the amount that they are serving. I know you have to have enough for everyone but what are they doing with the leftovers? Throwing them away right? Wasting Food? Wasting Money? Breakfast is the most important meal of the day we all were told. However, if the students do not eat then they will most likely do not so good in school.
