School lunch, what happened? Why do prisoners get better food than high schoolers do? Now days everyone is concerned about obesity. Is school lunch the actual reason behind the United States of America obesity ratings? That’s a negative. The reason why America is more obese now than what they were in the 70’s is laziness. Now days all kids are worried about is playing Xbox live with their Hong Kong buddies, and stuffing there face with potato chips. The worlds advance in technology has ruined generations to come. Back in the day kids would play in the backyard all day until their curfew. Now day’s kids lock their self in a dark room and beat the new Call of Duty. This ruins many activities they could be participating in. However, their worried about who’s the best at quick scoping. As the blocks drag by that’s what they are waiting for. Hot dogs, fries, ice cream, and cake sounds so good doesn’t it? Well when the kids get their lunch tray and walk to their table with their friends, their ready to scarf down the “delicious” food they got. Picking up that hot dog and taking a bite expecting it to be fairly decent. However, they find out their lunch is cold and stiffer than a rock. The food was so cold it made the Statue of Liberty put the torch in her dress. The hot dog bun being able to drive rail road spikes in the ties. Sounds appetizing right? That’s when the lunch room runs to the snack machine. Buying chips, bag after bag. Oh but that’s healthier than the schools lunch, right? By the time lunch is over the snack machine will be paying them to quit using
