My experience at the school I attended for the school board meeting was very fascinating and exciting to learn about. I had a great time meeting the school board staff and learning about many different activites and important discussions about the school and how it is run. Most voters in the district attends a school board meeting. School board duties provides the means by which management and supervision find expression (school policies). It is the administrative body that executes and administers the statues promulgated by the state legislature. They have the power to take actions that are discretionary to school district. I noticed that personnel definitely matters at most school board meetings. Local board has the right to fire an employee
