It is essential for potential business partners to have a good understanding on how to create and keep up business associations. Trust and business mastery both assume roles in developing B2B relationships. Trust is the constant in great business relationships. when trust grows, communication becomes more effective. This prompts better collaboration and better solutions. This is true particularly in customer service and sales scenarios. Since majority of customers and potential clients won 't take their business from to somebody they don 't trust. Maintaining the trust of customers is fundamental for maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.

To rectify this error, it is essential that the sales people from Schmidt work closely with Adam to ensure their form meets the needs of the Doctors General Hospital and work together flawlessly without needing any modifications.
For this to happen, Schmidt needs to implement a user-centered design production model. Schmidt needs to concentrate on their customer Doctors General Hospital and their requirements more diligently. Schmidt should work hand in hand in an interactive manner with Adam or the hospital from the design process right up to implementation to ensure quality and specification control. Every model or prototype should be under continuous observation and tweaking to address their clients. I think if if all these steps are followed, it will either eliminate errors or reduce to minimal at best.
Customer Orientation. Since this is another way of saying being customer focused, to properly address and regain the business of the Doctors General Hospital I think they should do the following.
