Positive symptoms would be hallucinations,delusions,thought disorders, and movement disorders.Negative symptoms would be flat affect,lack of pleasure in everyday life,lack of ability to begin and sustain planned activities, and speaking little even when forced.Lastly cognitive symptoms are poor “executive functioning,trouble focusing or paying attention,and problems with working memory.Symptoms begin around sixteen through thirty years of age,but most people do not get the disorder til after age forty-five.Treatments would be antipsychotic medications there are four main types of medicines used called :Thorazine,Haldol,Trilafon,Prolixin.Using these medications would make feeling agitated and having hallucinations go away within days.They also have psychosocial treats which helps with people who are already stabilized on antipsychotics.In those treatments they help the patients deal with everyday
