On 09/06/17, the resident reported that he has been sexually "harassed and sodomized" during his sleep. The resident stated that this has happened every night since he has been at this facility. The resident stated that all men are sexually assaulting him during his sleep and beating him up (the resident mentions 2 names: Alan and Alfredo). The resident did not have any visible marks or bruises. When the resident was asked if he feels hurt anywhere or if his rectum feels unusual, he stated no. The resident did mention that when he pooped, he saw "waxy stuff" on the toilet paper. The resident also stated that he "feels in his bones"
