Reflecting on my journal entries, one theme/challenge, especially in the earlier days/weeks of my placement experience I will simply title “scheduling” with Ms. Davis. When first being introduced to the placement, after initially being told that I would work with Ms. Davis in the middle-school side of the Physical ISP program, I was told I was free to “workout” with Ms. Davis as well as the other given teacher about also working in the physical program on the primary end of the school.

Klayman (secondary supervisor) to Ms. Davis, given the two incredibly different professional approaches and personalities, with perceiving Ms. Klayman’s as the one most effective and responded to well by the kids, and thus, the one I am most comfortable with.
In regards to the knowledge and skills, it is with this situation that I reflected on the inter-related discussions in field placement class, touching on but not limited to: how to go about working with the various supervisors and co-workers at placement, the many personalities, how to respond to instances where we feel the supervisor is incorrect, etc. Furthermore, I feel like this is where I utilized all the knowledge and skills I acquired working with the many educational assistants, heads of physical ISP programs, and the like throughout my TDSB school career.
It is at placement, the setting being a middle school that I was not expecting to see the said personality type and approach, but this is not to say that this is something I have not seen or experienced, thus, where I used by pre-acquired knowledge and skills. Then, like the first stated challenge, I have come to see the above challenge to bring out a strength, being able to maintain working with all people, regardless our differences in personality, approach,
