Scarsdale Weight Loss

The Scarsdale Weight Loss Diet Plan is similar to my diet in a few ways. Both my typical diet and the Scarsdale Diet contain lots of fruits, vegetables, and lean meats, like chicken. I also usually eat the same thing for breakfast most days of the week. The Scarsdale Diet is very different than my regular diet however. I do not eat fish, and I eat more carbohydrates than in the diet. I think my own diet is healthier for my lifestyle because I am very active and need more food to keep me going all day and into a busy night. I also need to get nutrients from different foods than most people and in the Scarsdale Diet because of food allergies.
