I have been working at Kum and Go since May 2016. In my 7 months working here I find it strange we throw away so much receipt paper. We ask every customer if they would like their receipt and about 9 out of 10 people say they don't. Now I work at a slower store in Colorado Springs and we probably go through a box of receipt paper every 2 weeks sometimes 3 boxes in a month during the summer. Now if all 422 stores in the country are using the same amount of receipt paper as my store at 3 boxes a month that's $850752 a year.…

I utilized a recording application on a cellular phone to record the interview and a pen and paper to take notes for both the interview and for the HSA meeting. No consent form was used for the interview but the interviewee gave verbal consent to be interviewed and recorded with the assurance of personal anonymity. The interview consisted of 20 prepared open-ended questions and some supplemental questions asked for purposes of clarification and elaboration. I attended the HSA meeting for observation and information gathering purposes only. Task 1: I have found myself with limited options and prospects for high-level employment with my current education and experience. I have a varied amount of work experience, some of which is managerial. I am, however, finding quite an obstacle in seeing requirements of employers requiring a bachelor's degree at the minimum, knowing it is a shortcut for human resources to completely discount a resume that does not feature a degree. So, therefore, I have had to seek some way to get one, hoping that I can find something affordable and flexible. I have two children and work up to sixty hours per week.…

Section 3.1 showed how the virtual trajectories for primitive shapes can be learnt and how such information can be used in a sequence to generate more composite shape features. This section exploits this computational framework to swiftly teach iCub to use a new tool by reusing the shape knowledge learnt in the past. On a similar line as discussed in the previous section, iCub has learnt the shape primitives while drawing different letters, this has been discussed in detail in [35]. Now, the teacher demonstrates iCub use of a turn-disc tool (see Figure 5 panel A-C). The design of the tool is inspired from experiments [39] on animal too-use where animals can get the unreachable food by using the tool.…
