The aim of task 3 was choose some of the worldwide health organization and then analyze it. I chose Save the Children because I don´t know much about it. Organization is well known but still not so familiar to me. Children´s right should be very important to anyone in any part of the world. Questions of the task was: How closely are they related to your home country? What about from a global perspective? What is the situation of your home country in the international comparison?What factors affect that? How significant is the role of the organization in the future? Every day means now, right now for the future. All children are equal and they have same rights no matter of religion, nation, welfare or skincolour. Work is in progress while crisis and for future. Save the Children impacts all over the world trying to help children having a healthy start, opportunity to learn and educate, and protect any harms in life. Idea of organization is simple: by helping now - we can change children's future better. Save the Children- organization works in 120 countries all over the world and reaches 143 million children. Members all over the world tries to provide support to health, educate, protect children and so on. 120 countries is pretty impressive number.

Organization mission is ”to inspire breakthroughs in the way the world treats children, and to achieve immediate and lasting change in their lives”. And vision is ”a world in which every child attains the right to survival, protection, development and participation”. Save the Children want´s to get know as the Organization that you can trust. As far as I know the public image is high.
Save the Children- organization has certain values to follow. They take responsibility of what they are doing. They are doing their best all the time. They have ambition to set high level goals for them and every other who works with them. They have collaboration with respecting each others and working worldwide. They have creativity for new ideas

Families with just one parent, children who are not living with their parents and rasism. For some examples. It seems like many problems consider families not only the child. We have different kind of problems. Preventive work is also big part of work in Finland. In Finland organization helps with adoption too. Pelastakaa Lapset ry is not just for children only. It helps adult people to have family their own.

5. HOW SIGNIFICANT IS THE ROLE OF THE ORGANIZATION IN THE FUTURE?
I consider the role in the future even bigger. Work has been done nearly one hundred years. Children are the future so the mission and vision can never be too little or losing it´s theme. I believe we get better ways and tools to improve this area in future. Globally work is getting more effective. Long term work is the key word to this organization. Slowly but getting there and helping all over the world. Step by step for the children.

6. WHAT ARE THE DEMANDS IN ORDER TO BE A MEMBER OF THE STAFF AND WHAT ARE MY OPPORTUNITIES IN ORGANIZATION?
I understood that working in Save the Children- Organization is possible if you have some special skills in marketing, finances, information services etc. You need to provide some special skills for working there. Not just anyone can go and work there. People can always donate and support in that kind of way but working is not so
